August is actively seeking new acquisitions across the
United States.
August specializes in multi-tenant value add office
properties with below market occupancy, or loans secured
by such properties, but will look at all classes of
commercial real estate and loans.
The majority of August's investments have been Class B office
buildings that are between 60,000 and 300,000 square feet,
but the firm will also look at properties ranging from class C
to A-, larger portfolios, as well as smaller buildings.
August's aggressive approach to leasing makes it possible to
underwrite non-performing assets that are experiencing
negative cash flow as well as those that are completely vacant.
We have never let a building fall out of contract or failed to
close at the agreed upon price/contract terms and have
completed purchases in under 10 days! |
